  • Take Exit 89 for Corporate Woods Dr / NE 54th Ave. 
  • Turn Left (West) onto NE 54th Ave, crossing over the interstate. 
  • Turn Left (South) onto NE 17th St. 
  • Quality Storage will be shortly on your Right.

From the East (Altoona / Newton)

  • Take I-80 West toward Des Moines. Keep right at the "Mixmaster" to stay on I-35 North / I-80 West. 
  • Quickly take Exit 136 for US-69 / NE 14th St. 
  • Turn Right (North) onto NE 14th St (US-69). 
  • Turn Right (East) onto NE 54th Ave. 
  • Turn Right (South) onto NE 17th St. 
  • The destination is on your Right.

From the West (Urbandale / Clive)

  • Take I-80 East / I-35 North (the North Mixmaster). 
  • Take Exit 136 for US-69 / NE 14th St. 
  • Turn Left (North) onto NE 14th St (US-69), crossing over the highway. 
  • Turn Right (East) onto NE 54th Ave. 
  • Turn Right (South) onto NE 17th St. 
  • The facility is located on the Right side of the road.
